Primary One Admission 2024-2025 – Discretionary Places

When returning the competed application form, please bring along the following documents:
- 1. The parent / guardian’s Identity Card, Passport or other identity documents (If the parent / guardian cannot come in person, his or her representative should produce a photocopy of the parent / guardian’s identity documents and the letter of authorisation);
- 2. a) The applicant child’s Hong Kong Birth Certificate and its photocopy (If the ‘Status of permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region’ in the last column of the Birth Certificate is ‘Not Established’, the original and photocopy of his / her travel document(s) or Permit to Remain in Hong Kong are required);
- b) In the absence of a Hong Kong Birth Certificate, the parent / guardian should bring along the applicant child’s Birth Certificate (non-local) and document(s) permitting him / her to stay in Hong Kong and their photocopies;
- 3. Birth Certificate of applicant’s sibling and school handbook of applicant’s sibling, together with a photocopy of the documents, if claiming the applicant child’s sibling is studying in our school.
- 4. Birth Certificate of applicant’s sibling and graduate certificate of applicant’s sibling / parent together with a photocopy of the documents, if claiming the applicant child’s sibling or parent’s graduate relationship.
- 5. The parent’s membership document and a photocopy of the document, if the parent claims that he / she is a member of the same organisation which sponsors the operation of the school;
- 6. of of residential address with parent’s / guardian’s name (e.g. stamped tenancy agreement, demand not for rates, public housing tenancy agreement of water / electricity / town gas / residential telephone bills) and a photocopy of the document. The Education Bureau may request parents / guardians to make sworn declaration or provide supplementary documents as a further proof of the applicant child’s residential address.

Release of Result and the Registration
- Release date: 20 November, 2023 (Mon)
(Parents can view the admission list published on our school website or at the school premises.)
- Registration date: 22 or 23 November, 2023 (Wed or Thu)
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Please bring along for registration:
1. the application form (Parent’s Copy); and
2. the original of a birth certificate
Remarks: Please note that parents failing to register with the school within the specified period would lead to forfeiture of the discretionary place offered.
Other Arrangement
Our school will not meet with applicants / parents of ‘Discretionary Places’．If there are applicant children with equal scores under the Points System and the number of these applicant children exceeds the remaining DP quota, our school will ask the Education Bureau to draw lots for us.
